A few things to know.
What is an NFC Google review card?
It is a physical card containing an NFC tag that opens a Google review link on a compatible phone. Customers still choose whether to leave a review and what to say.
Does the customer need an app?
No dedicated card app is needed on phones that support NFC link reading. NFC may need to be enabled, and an internet connection is needed to load Google. Google requires the customer to sign in to leave a review.
Will it work with every phone?
Compatibility depends on the phone, NFC settings and where the phone’s NFC antenna is located. We can discuss your setup and a separate review link or QR-code option for customers who cannot tap.
Can I customize the cards?
Tell us what you have in mind for your logo, design, language and quantity. We’ll confirm available customization options before preparing your order. The image on this page shows the French sample design.
How much does it cost? Are there ongoing fees?
